What hope we have through Christ! 1 Corinthians 15 speaks about this regarding our bodies--which encourages me more and more each day as I feel the aches and pains of getting older, and now my hamstring is giving me issues so that I can't even run like I was able to a month ago.... I feel the perishable, God will raise me imperishable. I feel the dishonor, the weakness, the natural body. He will raise me in glory, in power, as a spiritual body. I can't wait!
1 Corinthians 15:57-58 says:
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord, your labor is not in vain.
